1. General Agreement

By booking an appointment at Lueur Salon and Spa, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or change these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.

2. Appointments

– Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. You can book online, over the phone, or in person.

– Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 for the scheduled service.

– Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the full treatment or be treated if you arrive late.

3. Discounts and Promotions

– Offer Validity: Discounts are only valid for specific time frames and may not be combined with other offers.

– Eligibility: Discounts apply only to specified treatments and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. 

4. Payment

– Accepted Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle and gift cards.

– Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered, but we are dedicated to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

5. Health and Safety

– Consultation: A consultation is required prior to any treatments. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your service.

– COVID-19 Protocols: We adhere to health guidelines to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. Please wear a mask if it is required, and respect social distancing recommendations.

6. Liability Waiver

– By receiving treatments at Lueur Salon and Spa, you release and hold harmless our staff from any liability related to your treatment, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, or emotional distress.

7. Privacy Policy**

– Your personal information is protected in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Governing Law**

– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Lueur Salon and Spa operates.
